Customer Success Manager

We are looking for an ambitious individual who wants to join our growing commercial arm as a Customer Success Manager. FX experience is not a prerequisite; we are looking to bring high-energy people into a rewarding environment.

Job description

• This role is pivotal to the success of the company as we reach out to new markets

 

• You will research and qualify potential partners, identifying their problems and challenges and how our solutions can help them

 

• You will get end to end sales experience, from building prospect lists through to closing & onboarding new partners

 

• You will attend networking events and get an opportunity to build your network

 

• Unique opportunity to work across Transactional and SaaS sales

 

• Work with our talented marketing team to produce sales collateral for targeted campaigns, blog posts, emails, and social media channels

 

• Assisting management with ad-hoc tasks related to the Sales function

Your skills

• Energetic and collaborative team player who feeds off of achieving goals

 

• Self-starter who works effectively in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing ambiguity when working on initiatives within and across different functions

 

• Superior communication skills – with the ability to evangelise new products and technologies and speak fluidly to influence decision makers positively

 

• We’re looking for game-changers and business-builders who think big

 

• Excellent time and project management skills

 

• Ideally will have worked within a business development role for 3 to 5 years
